  Thanks to the Sthenos team, I was in-shape to do two backpacking hikes with my teenagers this past year! Ben and Ryan do a GREAT JOB building a supportive yet challenging environment. They are constantly upgrading the program and the social gathering enhance the workout comradery immensely. I've never worked out before let alone had a gym membership - my experience at Sthenos has me wishing I had started earlier!
